Bottom line: quick, solid, inexpensive work but check that job is completed to your satisfaction before final payment
Quick estimate, far lower than others. Work was scope to point as needed to make sure entire wall was "tight." Work began promptly and carried out over two consecutive days. Team broke down scaffolding and packed up after second day, representing job as complete. I noted numerous spots from eye level to ground level and a couple spots higher up where clear gaps in pointing were evident. Communicated that I would withhold final payement until these gaps were patched. Casimir came out promptly and completed all areas indicated to my satisfaction.

I've had a few experiences with local contractors that left me wondering if they'd be able to replace the stucco on the side of my 3-story trinity wall.
One day I was outside looking at my trinity wall and alleyway when my neighbor, Casimir, stopped by. As I described the work I needed done I discovered that he did masonry. I let him know I was at the stage where I was getting estimates and invited him to submit one.
When submitting his estimate, Casimir showed me that he had a better understanding of the needs of my house than the other two contractors - one of which was on AL (Angie's List). Also, his bid came in lower than the AL and considerably lower than the other guy.
I received four separate written estimates from Casimir for the work - 1) Replace old clogged gutter, 2) Remove and replace stucco on trinity side wall, 3) Repair brick walls on alley enclosure and add stucco, 4) Patch-point brick work on trinity rear wall. My cash flow was sporadic, so Casimir worked with me from August to October 2012 to get each of the four jobs started as my savings allowed.
Each step progressed smoothly and was completed within a reasonable time.
This review is being written six months after completion of the work - only because I didn't realize his company was listed on AL. The work looks just as good now as the day it was done. I'm now in a good cash position to get more work done and I guess the best compliment I can give him is that he was my first choice for the next project.
