basement remodeling
 + -1 moreHe used wood that I already had to save me money. He did an excellent job! They were here when they were supposed to be. They cleaned up every single day throughout the project. They were an absolute pleasure. The cost was in the $4,000-5,000 range.
Description of Work: He finished half of my basement after water damage. I asked him to build two half walls to separate a dining room / office from a living room. He built those walls himself. They were very nice and he put columns on them. He did sealing and painting. He did drywall on the walls and the walls are so even. He installed porcelain tile flooring. He also did the banister.

 + -1 moreEVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK DOWN A LOT OF INFORMATION, THEY NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES (WHICH WERE NEVER RETURNED) AND PROMISES OF GETTING ME AN ESTIMATE ''IN A COUPLE DAYS''. THEY MAY DO GREAT WORK, BUT I'LL NEVER FIND OUT.
Description of Work: CAME TO MY HOME TO DO AN ESTIMATE FOR SUBSTANTIAL WORK ON MY HOMES EXTERIOR.
