Love this team -  walked in they immediately assessed and told me what needed to be done to my boots (rabbit had chewed soles of one pair, and the other a cole haan that I had repaired by cole haan had come apart).

I am happy with their work. My daughter had a nice pair of leather sandals and so I was trying to get as much use out of them by getting them fixed instead of replacing them. They are pricey, but it is less than the cost of a new pair of shoes. They seem to know a lot about what needs to be done to fix shoes. They are reliable and if they predict something is going to be done at a certain point, I can go pick it up that day and they would not say Oh! Well we are afraid they are not ready. It is their local business.
