I had a leak and contacted the roofer after seeing a flyer. I was in a rush and didn't shop around very well. He came out right away (great). He was friendly and started work on the next dry day (also great). Problem- 2 years later, a leak has returned. There's a warranty so I'm going to call them to see if this is just a maintenance issue or if I need a new roof. The price seemed a little high considering they only worked for part of a day (it was a small flat roof). I was pleased with the look of their work, not sloppy on the seams and flashing. To be continued...hopefully they can follow up soon and I'll have good news to report. It's going to be a doozy of a winter.
