I can't thank Capri and Whitney enough for successfully marketing and selling my condo in South Philly. They are hard working, responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! I bought my first house through Capri. It was a HUGE step for me, buying something seemed so daunting at first. Capri & team were amazing to work with every step of the way. I had a lot of questions, and she never rushed me or made me feel dumb for asking silly things. She broke down the process & paperwork to ensure I understood it. Throughout the process she was always available & kept me well informed of how things were playing out. After close she & her team have continued to support me - they remind me a upcoming deadlines, have connected me to contractors, and of course keep in touch to see how the house is coming along now that I've moved in. This was my first time purchasing a home, and although I was initially nervous about the process, Capri walked me through every step and quickly put me at ease. Worked with Capri for the purchase of our first home in early 2017. She’s an amazing and knowledgeable realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with–highly recommended!! Capri and her assistant Whitney made the entire home-buying process as simple and painless as possible, and went above and beyond for a couple of clueless first-timers ;) I lost count of the number of places we looked at before finding the perfect place, and throughout our unusually lengthy and very picky search Capri remained patient, honest, and devoted to helping us find a place we were 100% happy with. I can’t imagine that those qualities are standard in the realty business, making Capri & team a true gem in the industry!

Capri is fantastic. For one, she is a great “house reader”; houses can keep no secrets from her. She knows what to look for for signs of mold, house settling, and so on. She also has a very thorough knowledge of the business end of everything and will patiently explain it to you, answering all your questions, no matter how basic. The people she works with are also excellent. I had nothing but good experiences with the home inspector she uses (very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable), the insurance person she recommended (good rate, very friendly), not to mention her team at the office, all of whom were very friendly, prompt with email replies, and on top of everything (helping me stay on top of everything). Beyond all of this Capri herself is a joy to be around. Our car rides to visit houses were always fun. She has great energy and enthusiasm, but is also very kind and patient. (She really wants you to find the house that’s right for you… and recognizes you might not even know what that means…) She made what would otherwise have been a stressful, overwhelming experience an enjoyable adventure! I can’t recommend Capri highly enough. You will be in excellent hands and will meet a very fine person too.

Capri is the best. As first time home buyers, we were completely lost. We even felt overwhelmed in trying to find a realtor.. then we met with Capri. She made an overwhelming process feel easy and stressful situations fun. She can juggle a million things at once and still make you feel like her favorite clients. We always felt like Capri and her entire team had our best interests in mind. They didn't just want to sell you a house, they really want you to love your home. All of Capri's contacts have been the best of the best. She didn't just help us find our home, she helped us through every other little aspect and step along the way. Capri was by far the best part of my home buying experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Philadelphia. Capri was enthusiastic, very responsive, and had an answer to every question I had throughout the process (even when my mortgage company was being less than helpful and it wasn’t really her responsibility to help). Capri listened to what we were looking for and actually found us a home that was not yet on the market. She arranged for us to see the home before it went on the market and we were able to make an offer that day. Capri is awesome!

We have bought and sold investment properties across the country and Capri is without doubt the very best realtor we have ever known. We had had another realtor handling our condo on Washington Square and it sat on the market without a decent offer for 6 months. We then saw Capri's reviews and decided to switch over to her, She immediately offered suggestions for some cost effective upgrades which we decided to follow. Capri engaged various contractors and personally oversaw completion of the projects, and to our surprise was often to be found spot checking during late hours and weekends! She had recommended a higher asking price than our former realtor, and the condo was only on the market for about a week when we received multiple offers OVER the asking price. We accepted the offer which she recommended, and we closed without any problem at all about a month later. We cannot overemphasize Capri's professionalism and overall skills in every area. We sure wish we had gone with her the first time around!

I originally chose to work with Capri after reading all the stellar reviews here, and it was the best decision I could have made. Capri is everything everyone has already said about her: professional, organized, hard-working and an absolute joy to work with. This was my first home purchase, and she was an excellent guide throughout the process, often going above and beyond the call of duty. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. As an added bonus, spending a Saturday looking at houses could be a chore, but with Capri it was always fun and interesting. Could not recommend Capri any higher- I'm actually a little sad that I closed on my house and won't be able to work with her any longer!

Capri is not only the most professional real estate agent I've ever worked with, she is the most professional person in any industry I've ever encountered. Honest, thorough, knowledgable, and hard-working, she helped guide me through every step of finding and purchasing a home in Philadelphia. Even though I was living overseas and not familiar with the city, Capri made it a point to acquaint me with neighborhoods, property types, and all the other criteria I needed to consider. She virtually previewed listings and made finding and purchasing a home remotely as easy as if I was there in person. Even after the deal was done, Capri continued to help with odd tasks to ensure my move-in went smoothly. This review alone cannot give Capri enough praise. As novice
real estate investors my wife and I are particularly aware of the importance of
a skilled agent. We have bought homes
where our agent provided the basics: chauffeuring, listing-sheet data
“regurgitation”, and negotiation echolalia.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm, especially with young or newer
agents. Conversely, many of the accomplished
senior agents go on to leadership/broker positions, which depletes the pool of
experienced and skilled agents further. We
have worked with agents across the country (Tx, La, In, Pa) and many times feel
that our agents brought a modicum of awareness about the local market along
with data points that, thanks to the internet, are easily searchable by the lay
person (e.g. school districts, crime rates, taxes, zoning, etc.). Therefore, it was a lot like the service at
the local diner. Friendly, food
delivered in a reasonable time, and no big disappointments. If the majority of real estate agents are the
“happy diner waitress”, Capri is a sophisticated sommelier.

We were in a unique situation where
we were familiar with the Philadelphia area but were relocating from
Texas. Because of the geographic
limitations we were even more dependent on our agent than usual. From the first phone call, Capri was very
organized and developed an effective timeline and strategy to approach our
search. Our visits to Philadelphia were
very productive in large part due to Capri’s preparation and efficiency. As expected in real estate purchasing,
hiccups ensued with the sellers. This
was beyond the usual minor speed bumps and resulted in the property becoming
stuck in bankruptcy court hearings.
Although we had retained an attorney, Capri also voluntarily appeared at
our hearings and was instrumental in ensuring our interests were
represented! This was emblematic of the
customized attention to detail that was ever-present in our buying
process.

There were far too many intangible and
subtle benefits that Capri brought to our real estate buying service to itemize
completely. But in summary, Capri demonstrated
a refreshingly high commitment to excellence.
Her knowledge base of the local marketplace was exceptional. Her degree of personal service was extraordinary. Her work ethic was phenomenal. She will be our 1st choice for
future real estate transactions in our area.
We have recommended her without reservation to everyone we know. In fact, as an example of Capri’s “Jerry
Maguire”-like qualities, shortly after her seeing her in court, our lawyer
terminated the relationship with his agent and hired Capri.

Capri ROCKS!!! I had confidence in Capri even before meeting her after positive recommendations from two friends who'd recently worked with her to find their first home buys (my first time too). Capri immediately confirmed my friends' recommendations the first time I met her. She was enthusiastic and is a super good listener, like that friend that makes you feel like you have their complete attention and are their best friend in the world type listener. Really, that was super important, and not only being a good listener, but really understanding what you have to say and working with that.
Til the end she didn't wane in her enthusiasm to help find the right place. Super duper up for seeing whatever places you want to see, helpful in considering all the ins and outs of a house, from thinking about the neighborhood to the nuts and bolts of what's up with the house's features. Likewise, a fount of knowledge for all other fun collateral home purchase things, like repairs and mortgages. Never felt like she was projecting what she thought would be the right house onto me, but was being thoughtful about what house I was looking for. Also super loyal and I didn't question that she was working in my best interest.
I could say other great things, but to sum up, working with Capri is the right thing to do !!!

Capri is incredibly patient and flexible. She took us on showings for at least once a week, often 2 or 3 for almost 5 months. Capri always found the time to work in a showing and she always made us feel like we were her only clients. She gave her honest opinion on properties and never pressured us on anything. I'm convinced that after a couple of weeks getting to know us, Capri knew which properties were right and wrong for us before we did but amused us with showings on opposite sides of the city anyway.
Most importantly is that Capri kept the process fun and positive. As a self -proclaimed worrywart, having Capri in our corner let me enjoy the hunt. Before we saw any properties, Capri told us that our home would find us and not to get discouraged, even if deals fell through, in the end it would work out for the better. At the time I didn't understand that but when we found two houses that we thought were "the one" and each didn't work out we channeled Capri's positive energy. She was completely right. Now that we are all moved in to our house, I couldn't even imagine living in the first two.
