Showed up two days after the scheduled appointment time. After asking why he was there (the mouse problem was clearly stated when we made the appointment) he threw a pellet bait under the fridge and gave me three glue traps and told me "Your boyfriend can help you set those up" and then left. As he was leaving I asked him if he was going to examine the apartment for holes or do anything to stop them from getting in and he said "No, no one is going to do that for you, that would take a really long time"

I've been using them for about 15 years. They don't use toxic chemicals. If they are running late, they will call you and let you know. They are very helpful and personable. I won't use anybody else.
