+ -1 moreMr. Stein took a $500 check from us in Dec 2009 which he said he need for a deposit towards a purchase of cabinets to show our "commitment" but which was fully refundable. He also stated, when we asked, that he did not charge for design work. When we changed our minds and asked for our deposit back he yelled into the telephone and then hung up on my husband. We wrote 2 letters stating we wanted our deposit back. He finally wrote stating that since we didn't purchase cabinets the "$500 became a charge for the computer drawings and professional design." This is a fraudulent business enterprise and should be shut down.
Description of Work: Consulted with owner about kitchen cabinets.
