Buzz Duzz Plumbing and Heating

First of all, they responded quickly and showed up when they said they would, which is already a step above most. :) For the first time I used Buzz Duzz, it was for a leak in the basement that had formed a small river from the back of the house to the front. The technician looked at everything then gave me an estimate that was very fair compared to the other two companies that came to give estimates. He repaired the job and I never had another problem in the three additional years that I owned the home. Because they were so great that first time, I used them for a couple other smaller jobs as well like installing a new garbage disposal and I thought at one point that I would need to replace a pipe in the bathroom, but he figured out that the leak was coming from just a handle and it was a cheap and easy fix. I never felt like they were giving me a run for the money. In fact, they helped me save cash. I have since sold my home and moved out of town, but am thankful for the piece of mind they brought.

They responded quickly to my message and stayed in touch throughout the process which I have found is rare! The faucet and disposal are still working like a charm almost a year later. They definitely communicate better than most contractors I've come in contact with. I recently contacted them to see if they repair dishwashers, and they got back to me right away to let me know they don't, which was also helpful so I could start looking elsewhere! I would recommend Buzz Duzz to anyone.

I was very happy with what they did. I feel like their price was fair. They did a really great job in general of responding. I recently reached out to them again and they said it wasn't a job that they do, but they responding so quickly when other companies did not. Use them. They were good. From the time they showed up, all through the job, and after the job they followed up.

I rent my home to tenants and since I live out of town, it can be hard to find companies that I trust to do quality work even when it seems like I might not be able to see the work done in person. Buzz Duzz was reliant and they also offered me a cheaper solution than I thought I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. The office also responded quickly and they were always professional! I really appreciated it.

I called that same day about several drains where running very slow.  About 3 hours later they had someone at the house and he ran a snake from the curb outside toward the house.  The whole process took about 30 minutes and everything was working fine after.

The plumber was on time for the estimate, clearly knowledgeable of how to correct the issue I had and was quick to point out an additional plumbing issue (he said a T valve needed to be replaced with a Y valve to better control directional flow and avoid clogging) that needed to be fixed, which I happily agreed to as per the estimate.  A few days later he returned and only fixed the pipe I called about, not the one he happened to point out on his own.  He all but blew me off when I approached him on the issue and offered a small discount.  I struggled but I got the bill adjusted to my satisfaction.  I won't use them again.

The technician was fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, and fixed the problem. He was only able to give a 1 year warranty and the price was a bit high, given that it didn't take much time to complete the work... but I was glad to have the work done immediately, by someone who seemed to really know what he was doing. I would definitely call Buzz Duzz Plumbing again, and just hope to catch an Angie's List Deal ; )

They really made sure the assessed the issue of the leak and recommended other services that they could do for us.

Ken, who gave they estimate (which was 25% less than a competitor) did the work himself, this seldom occurs with Plumbers. Being a Master Plumber, Ken has the experience and know-how to assess the issue - resolve quickly while minimizing cost of repair. Ken cleaned upon completion and backed his work with a warranty.

Went well , have used a couple of times and have always had good service. From initial estimate to the completion of the job , all went as planned and the price didn't change.

Arrived on time as promised. Checked the Freon, filter, ducts, return and cycled unit on and off. They had previously done maintenance on my furnace as was very prompt, thorough and reasonably priced then too!

The house heater wasn't heating the house properly and was intermittently cycling hot and cold air. Since it's about 2 1/2 years old and still under warranty, I called the manufacturer to get the contact information for warranty repair. They referred me to Buzz Duzz. The receptionist at Buzz Duzz was very professional and asked me a few troubleshooting questions. She assured me that a tech would call that afternoon when he was on his way. The tech called early that evening when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve which he would need to pick-up and replace the next morning. He recommended I turn the thermostat up overnight so the house would be warmer -- and it was. He returned the next morning and completed the work.
