The last that I called the company they were very nasty and arrogant towards me.  They had a bad attitude towards me.

In July, 2012, we had a tenant at one of our Philadelphia apartment buildings contact us regarding seeing a small roach in the kitchen of their unit. We contacted Orkin thinking that an established and well marketed business as such would quickly pounce on the bug problem. What a huge mistake in thought! Orkin left us sit waiting for hours for a tech. After an abundance of excuses and delays, and a no-show by Orkin, we decided to give a local establishment a call. Contacted Bug Busters. Very nice to get the company owner on the phone, rather than a disinterested employee of a quasi-professional franchise (Orkin). Verne set an appointment, son Zach was exactly on time, quick and professional. Very fair price. Zapped the problem and not one bug since. We have Bug Busters do periodic preventative pest control on our properties; very timely, and professional. Look no further than Bug Busters for your pest control requirements.

They were great. On time. Haven't had any issues since.

Vern came over and did the most thorough inspection of all the companies I dealt with (and there were a few). His estimate was lower than all of the other main companies (Terminix, Viking, Ehrlich, etc.) and seemed like it covered more. He was able to have his crew out to do the treatment within a few business days and they arrived promptly at the appointment time. The work was complete within 2 hours and the crew did a great job cleaning up after their work. They even gave me some tips that I could do to my foundation in order to prevent rain from washing away the Termidor chemicals. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that I found out at completion that the 1 year guarantee only covers termite treatments, and not damage to my home. It's not a big deal, but I know that many of the bigger companies cover damage to the home in their guarantees.
