Mr. Bryant was punctual and completed the job within 4 hours. However, once the unit was installed I complained to him the sound of the AC system was louder than usual. Instead of working with me, he claimed he did nothing different to make the AC system sound louder and wouldn't work to fix the issue unless he received confirmation from our Realtor that she would pay him more to complete the job. He left the evening and returned the next day. Upon return, he serviced the unit and admitted he forgot to turn a switch on. The AC system sounded normal again. We ran the unit for a few days then turned it off before we left for vacation. We were gone for 10 days. Upon return we noticed a leak through our Kitchen ceiling. The leak was coming from our AC pan as it filled up with water instead of draining through the drainage system Mr. Bryant installed. Needless to say, my husband and I called our insurance company ASAP, Servpro was called as an emergency water service and we paid another HVAC company to service the AC pan and drainage system. The HVAC company confirmed the AC Pan and drainage was improperly installed, causing the leak. Servpro also confirmed the water damage was caused from faulty installation. 
It has been months of dealing with our insurance company, looking for contractors to remedy our kitchen cabinets and ceiling. To this day, State Farm has not received any insurance information from Mr. Bryant- he denies the work, despite us providing copies of statement, cancelled check and email trail with communication to our Realtor. Mr. Bryant is hanging up on our insurance company and ignoring letters.
I would not recommend Mr. Bryant to anyone.
