"At the start of this project, I was provided a 50% deposit (not paid in full). The drawings were 90% complete within 3 weeks when this customer decided the project was not meeting their expectations. I returned the customer money in full even though 90% of the work was done. I communicated that the drawings would be 100% complete within 1 week after the Thanksgiving holiday, but that was not good enough. The customer received a full refund of their deposit even though the drawings were 90% complete. They did not intervene to return the customer's deposit. The customer decided to cancel the contract after the drawings were 90% complete in 3 weeks' time, so I returned the customer deposit."
