I called them on Friday and Mr. Brunell did the work on Monday (today). I supplied the new equipment and Mr. Brunell installed them. He did a great job. Very professional and pleasant.

The lock on my front door knob broke, and I couldn't open the door. I called two other locksmiths and was told they would not be able to send someone to fix it until the next week. I called Brunell and Sons and Maureen advised that Jack was working downtown, but she would let him know and he would stop on his way home. He called to let me know he was coming and arrived on time. He replaced the knob and asked if I wanted the deadbolt repaired. He did that on the same visit. I was fully satisfied with his expertise and professionalism.

Locked myself out of my house. Brunell's was suggested as being fast and reasonable by my insurance agent whose phone I used to call a locksmith. Within 15 minutes of the call, Jack showed up at my house, picked and popped the lock and in I went. I was told that their competitors would have charged me $10-$20 more for emergency lock service. Would definitely use Brunell's again if I should ever do something so stupid again!

GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY. THE LOCK WAS INSTALLED IN A SHORT TIME AND WAS JUST WHAT WE WANTED. NO ONE BUT US CAN DUPLICATE THE KEYS AND THEN ONLY IF WE HAVE THE MASTER CARD WITH THE CODES.
