They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation was seamless. I switched to them because my former company was so awful. The wiring that the former company did wasn't grounded. The guy who came out spend six hours. The job wasn't easy. He fixed all of the things that went wrong and didn't charge me for it.

The guys were wonderful. They took the time to explain the different sensors and detectors they installed and the purposes of each. They even explained how to operate the panel when the job was complete.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MY PREVIOUS SECURITY COMPANY. I CALLED BRINK'S WHEN THE OTHER COMPANY WANTED A HORRIBLE AMOUNT TO PUT IN A NEW KEYPAD. BRINK'S CAME RIGHT OUT AND MADE THE CHANGE IN SERVICE AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE.
