So I called him again in the beginning of September to book him for an entire week three weeks later. We agreed on a price, I told him I would call him a few days ahead of time to give him more specifics. I called twice a day for five days in a row, and he never answered the phone. Didn't call me back, never showed. I lost two vacation days from work that I took off because he said he would be there. Enfuriating
Description of Work: He replaced a kitchen faucet, then did some upgrades to the bathroom and a little woodwork. The work was OK, no leaks or anything, but the woodworking was so uneven I had to use half a tub of wood putty to mask the imperfections. He showed up late, and I found out later that he charged me $10 an hour more than the woman who referred him to me. And he charged $10 more to a woman I referred him to. Fine, everybody's gotta make a buck, it was still relatively cheap and I didn't know anyone else who could do several small jobs I need done.
