Brian did a good job. No complaints, in fact am calling him for a second spray within the 3 month period recommended.

He was not on time. Only received a call just when he showed up. Maybe he had a few more first customers than I realized? Which would have caused his tardiness.

He called me back the same day. He arrived within the time window he said. He was very thorough, spraying all areas inside and outside of the house where he felt that there might be insects. He explained exactly what he was going to do, told us exactly what type of insects we had, and how to help eliminate them. He was very professional, helpful and friendly.

He is very punctual and gets here on time. He takes care of things. He is very neat and professional. I would use him again.

Brian comes whenever called. Use him regularly. He's fantastic and has the BEST prices around! First spray was $85.00 and then every visit after(if within 3 month period ) is $38.00.
Bought my first house in Manayunk and had a problem with waterbugs and milipeeds etc, called Brian from a recommendation of a friend and was super thankful to have him. He was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and explaining that what I had were waterbugs and not roaches like I originally thought. You can't beat his prices. His spray works great! No more bug problems of any kind. It also doesn't smell at all and isn't toxic to my dog or kids. What more can you ask for!

He is GREAT! If we have a problem he listens attentively and quickly comes to a resolution. He will even check back with us to make sure the problem was resolved. When he is in our home he is always professional and courteous. Since he is from the neighborhood he is always fun to talk to. We call him and leave a message for him to call us back for our appointment and he always calls back the same day and has the time and day we need available. When the day comes he is always on time and never takes him long to complete his work. We have not had a problem with bugs since he started coming to our place!

He could not do any better. He does everything he possibly can to solve any problems. I love him. He is great. He is on time and dependable. He is personable and friendly. The price is wonderful.
