I recently had the pleasure of hiring Sean Brennan and his team for a significant tree removal project, and I cannot praise their work highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional in every aspect. First and foremost, Sean and his crew tackled the daunting task of removing a massive tree from my property with unparalleled efficiency. What would have taken others days, they accomplished in record time, showcasing their expertise and skill in handling even the most challenging jobs. In addition to the main tree removal, they also took down another tree that was posing a threat to my fence, along with pruning other tree limbs and even removing a cherry blossom tree. Super sweet and hard working people. Called me the day prior to confirm the appointment. Which was excellent because a lot of companies need to reschedule for weather, came in, got the job done. Very knowledgeable on the types of trees and how to take care of them. Suggested an extra tree be taken down, all came out to an extremely reasonable price. Removed old debris from the backyard, which was a huge plus in itself. Thanks everyone! I’ve already told my family about this company and will be using them in the future.

It went great. They had the best rates. They came out took down the tree. Cleaned up the messed. While they were there he asked about a problem Bush I had and asked if I wanted that removed while he was there. Gave me a good price for that also so I had that done too. My house looks better! Great job and would highly recommend them!

Work done as discussed.  No more, no less

We got a good price from them. They did a good job. They were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do. They gave me a better price than the others. They didn’t leave a giant mess. They chopped the everything in small bits. I would use them in the future.

Brennan Tree Service also took upon themselves to remove a stump in my front yard without prior permission. This stump was not completely removed and was closer to my neighbors yard. Contacted the company the next day and left a message owner called back within twenty mins. I Reported incomplete work. Owner stated that the quote was for the removal of one tree and that he did not see a second tree. Informed him of what was written on the quote. Reported that his receptionist hand wrote this information in. Reported to him that the hand writing on the quote was consistent from the estimate he provided during first visit. Reported that he would reimburse us for the two stumps and that he would get back to us within a week too see if he could get a smaller machine that would fit in our back yard to remove the stumps. Owner never called back or came back out to complete the work. Also did not respond to any of our calls. Currently disputing charge with credit card company.

I HAD THEM COME OUT TO PRUNE MY TREE AND THEY ONLY CUT 7 SMALL BRANCHES AND 1 MEDIUM BRANCH. I PAID UP FRONT BECAUSE WE WERE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO GO. WHEN WE RETURNED, WE FOUND THE JOB WAS NOT COMPLETE. I COMPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THE TREE WOULD DIE IF THEY TOOK OFF ANY MORE BRANCHES. I DISAGREED WITH THEIR ASSESSMENT AND ASKED THEM TO COME BACK AND TRIM MORE, BUT THEY REFUSED. THEY ALSO STOPPED ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS AND WOULD DID NOT RETURN CALLS FROM MANY LEFT MESSAGES.

CALLED SEAN AND INFORMED HIM I HAD ACTUALLY GOTTEN AN ESTIMATE FROM HIM A YEAR AGO FOR THE TREES. HE CALLED ME BACK AND LOOKED UP ESTIMATE AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT IN A WEEK TO CUT DOWN THE TREES AT THE SAME PRICE. HE CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE HE WAS TO COME OUT AND INFORMED HE WOULD BE THERE AND IF I WAS NOT HOME TO LEAVE THE GATE OPEN SO HE COULD GET BACK. I WAS HOME AND HIS CREW CUT DOWN TWO VERY LARGE TREES IN VERY CLOSED QUARTERS. THEY CLEANED UP ALL LIMBS FROM MY YARD AND EVEN SWEPT THE STREET IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE OF THE LEAVES AS IT WAS A VERY WINDY DAY. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

WE GOT A COUPLE OF ESTIMATES FROM SEVERAL TREE SERVICES AND BRENNAN WAS THE CHEAPEST. ALTHOUGH IT TOOK A FEW WEEKS MOST OF THE WORK WAS DONE EXACTLY AS ASKED. THE LAST STAGE (STUMP GRINDING) WAS NOT FINISHED FOR THE TWO LARGEST STUMPS. IT HAS BEEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND AFTER MANY UNANSWERED CALLS THE WORK HAS STILL NOT BEEN COMPLETED.
