We've used Best Exterminating for years. They usually come when they say they will. The let me know when they plan on coming and then I can decide whether to change the date or not.

They come when they say they are going to come. We haven’t had any serious problems and, if we develop a minor problem, it gets taken care of quickly. The same person comes out every month and he calls in advance to remind us.
