Best Buy Roofing

After spending thousands on tuckpointing and other roof repair, our roof continued leaking worse than before service was completed causing damage to our living room ceiling. Despite a warranty, they won’t return any of our phone calls and we are now pursuing legal action. Do not use!

After an initial estimate, contract agreement and start of the work, estimate was increased by 50% AFTER the chimney stack was removed which left a gaping hole in my roof covered with a tarp. No choice to agree with the new price, but had to wait weeks for them to figure out the proper materials and finish the work. Same spot still leaks after almost a year with absolutely no response from Richard Young, the owner. He refuses to respond to phone calls or messages and when assured by the office staff of a priority appointment, you do nothing but sit around for DAYS waiting for a repair. A complete waste of money as we now have to call another roofer to repair the leak that we contracted with Best Buy to fix. Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across in a long time.

I had previous roofers out for my leaks, they replaced capping and told me the leaks would stop. THEY DID NOT.  Mr. Young from Best Buy Roofing found the water entry and replaced entire roof and recapped the correct way. Very courteous and professional workers.  I would recommend Best Buy Roofing to anyone.
