Carpet Installation
glops of extra varnish were left in place. When they returned to "fix it" they left more glops, and removed some of the old issues.

Carpet Installation
It went well and my floor looks great! There were a number of spots where the adhesive came through that I had to clean up with Goof-off, but overall he did a great job and really quickly, too! My only complaint is that he was late for both the estimate and the installation. The first lateness was because he said he'd been in a car accident - just glad he was ok! But he was also late when he came to install, and there was no phone call to let me know, nor was there a reason given or an apology. I was working at home and had to reschedule a phone conference to accommodate his lateness. Not cool. But, like I said, good work on the job itself.
