They didn't show up when they said they would. I called to check on them after half an hour, upset because I had arranged my day around them showing up and was also caring for my toddler. Instead of apologizing, or offering any other solution, the woman who answered the phone tried to guilt trip me into waiting for them to show up, "can't you just wait 10 more minutes? I know you want to get rid of the bugs for you and your family." of course I do, but I will choose a company with the respect and professionalism to call if they're going to be late, and at the very least offer an apology.

Excellent. Scheduling was easy, the scheduler was very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed working with her. She has a pleasant attitude and was helpful. The exterminators arrived on time, explained the process and answered any questions that I had. This is a excellent company and I would highly recommend them.

Upon our first call to Bed Bugs Etc. to arrange for the inspection and treatment for bedbugs found in just one bedroom, Shay was incredibly patient with us in answering many questions and concerns, and was fortunately able to schedule to have Tony come out to perform the chemical treatment the very next day. Bed Bugs Etc. also had well priced mattress and box frame covers that we could buy and install in advance of the treatment, which was also very convenient. Also in advance, she emailed out a thorough checklist form to assist us with the preparation of the room and house for the treatment. Tony arrived the next day as scheduled, on time. Tony was also very informative, polite and professional, and dispelled many myths about bedbugs and bedbug treatment. He carefully explained how to see where the infestation had taken place. He was also very honest about what we could expect as far as possible outcomes. We were thrilled to hear that most times, if bedbugs are only found in one bedroom, that just one treatment solves the problem. He did however also explain that in row-house environments such as ours that bedbugs can come through house walls, and migrate into other parts of a multi-story house that were not treated. He suggested that we consider a whole house treatment, and indicated that our initial treatment cost would be credited towards the whole house treatment. As prescribed, we waited two weeks after treatment, and fortunately did not have any more bug bites, and did not see any evidence of a re-infestation. However, for peace of mind, and given our trust in Tony, we decided to have him come back and to treat the entire house. Overall, other than the amount of preparation work involved, it was a good experience. The treatment was very well priced and very effective when compared to the much higher cost of K-9 inspection services and heat treatment.

I chose them based on their decent reviews and they were the most responsive. Their prices are comparable to other companies. They provided a one month warranty and it seems that the bed bugs are gone. They were very responsive and the service technichan who came was great. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and explained everything to me. I approeciated how responsive they were when I had questions when I still saw bugs a couple of days after treatment. So far, everything has been good.

Wonderful. When we first contacted the company via the website, we received a follow-up call within 1 hour of the request and scheduled an inspection for the following day. When the inspectors arrived, Moses and Shawn, both in company labeled clothing, they introduced themselves and went right to work, asking about my concerns and inspecting the property. When it was determined that a treatment was needed, we were able to FaceTime with my husband at work to discuss and then schedule the treatment for the following day. All of our interactions and service was very professional; i felt at ease working with the gentlemen when they arrived for the day of treatments and even helped us finish the pre-treatment preparations. As far as these guys are concerned, I would hire them again as needed (but hopefully, we dont need them again.

Anthony came early, was very professional and started right away. He was very thorough going through the house with a steamer attacking my couch, carpets, room perimeters, mattress, box spring, bed frame and furniture. Then he went through with a 'crack and crevice treatment with a sort of dust that kills them. This was all followed up with a fogging of my house which I had to leave for a few hours for. Haven't had a bug bite since although did notice a couple dead ones around afterwards. Keep you guys updated if anything changes.

Called first thing in the morning after seeing bedbugs (I was up all night). Rob was very reponsive and empathetic. He emailed an instruction sheet and scheduled service immediately--was scheduled for next day (although they had a cancellation and came the same day). Appointment schedule was seemless, arrived promptly and completed extermination via bombing, spraying and steaming.They also returned 2 weeks later for followup extermination (I saw live bugs againand the cost was included with original price).
I'm currently only @ 30 days from my first treatment or 2 weeks from my second treatment, but so far so good. I'm certain if I experience further issues, the guys @ BedBugs, Etc. will come to assist.

The exterminator showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. The actual treatment took very little time. he answered all my questions before we got started. He also sprayed my carpeted landing area and very small bathroom which I had not scheduled for.
The treatment seemed to work which was great. They also offer a guarantee and will come back to retreat if needed. Other exterminators were telling me I needed to treat the whole house and the costs would be between $1200.00 and $2200.00. And both option for treatment were extremely inconvenient for a family with 3 dogs, a cat, an infant and a mother in law, requiring us all to be out of the house for 8-12 hours at the least.
When I scheduled the appointment and talked to the exterminator (I don't think it was the same person that showed up), I told him my story and the others I had already consulted. He cautioned me that many other exterminators take advantage of people with bedbugs and to be careful in the future. And I guess I kind of feel that way since his one treatment which only cost me $120.00 and only treated my room seemed to work.

Had Bed Bugs ETC come out for a bed bug inspection because I started to wake up in the with bites around my jaw \ throat. After the inspection revealed that bed bugs were just in my bedroom I decided to proceed with their treatment. They surprised me with prompt same day service and affordable prices. Every other company I called either didn't return my calls or were very expensive but these guys did a bang up job and didn't break my bank account. Their price also included a mattress and box spring encasement that saved me a ton of money by not having to throw out my old one. Just an FYI for others suffering from bed bugs, don't throw your mattress out when you see them. They told me that if I would have done that then the bed bugs would have spread through my entire house and not just the infected room... that would have both led to a more costly service and the cost of purchasing a new mattress. The guy was thorough dusting all the outlets and spraying down the room. The prep work I had to do included bagging all my clothes, sheets, mattress covers etc and putting them through a hot cycle in the wash which apparently kills them. Finally had a good nights sleep last night which really means the world to me when I have to wake up at 6am for work... can't thank you guys enough.
