Everybody was very polite. I'm very happy with the new stairs. They look great. It took them two days to complete. The first day they removed original stairs, and put up the form. The second day they poured the concrete and finished them.

Recently, I had some work completed by Bander, Inc. and I was extremely satisfied with their work ethics and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

I called Mike on the phone he came over, we went through everything about my outside wall that needed a pointing work and he was very pleasant and professional. His workers came over yesterday to do the job and it was very professional and pleasant, they did a professional job it's really beautiful. and I am very pleased with the outcome. and I would definitely tell anyone about him he is GREAT!

i was not able to be there for work done. repair was done but not best job, just an improvement.  if i were there i would have seen the job done more proffesionally

The owner Michael S. provided a free estimate and surveyed the property providing tips to improve the drainage. Mike was very pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I accepted the estimate and a date was scheduled. Anthony and Victor arrived and efficiently performed the work over a two day period. They were very accommodating and performed additional patch work not originally contracted for. The window wells look great and all debris was removed by the contractor.

So far, they are professional, but not very punctual. However, they came and worked and stayed until they were finished.  Still waiting on final product as we had some things for them to come back and correct. Will update my review accordingly.

I thought they did a good job.They gave me good advise. They were businesslike and courteous. I thought everything was good. Their price was average.

They did a great Job.  I was very pleased.

My concerns were never their concerns. At the end of their first treatment they were supposed to dye the cement on my chimney to make it look uniform with the rest of my house build. I was told they would come back out to do this and it never happened.

They left drops of cement in my yard and never returned to remove it. They were very defensive each time I spoke to them. The buck was always passed.  I disliked their communication tactics. There was absolutely no follow up. This company had no desire to make me happy.

They did not even return for their sign.

Overall  the  pouring for new bullnose conccrete steps and reinstalling the handrail was good quality work.

The technicians cleaned up as the project.

The job went very well. We were pleased with the time it took and the professionalism of the people doing the work. Brian was awesome.There was a problem installing the new steps which required addition slabs to be installed at the landing. This wasn't discovered during the initial estimate. They explained the problem and installed the new slabs at no additional cost.

They were not difficult to reach via phone and they came out and gave a professional estimate (not just a business card with a figure written on it). They were friendly and all of our questions were answered. The wait was only 1-2 weeks (our job took about 2 days), but it was raining a lot so we weren't sure when they would be able to come out. They did end up making it earlier than expected and everything was done efficiently. It looks very nice now.
