Polite, good diagnoses, but I was ultimately forced to get another company to finish the job.

GREAT SERVICE! WHEN I FIRST CALLED, HE WAS READY TO COME OUT THAT DAY. THAT DIDN'T WORK SO I SCHEDULED ANOTHER TIME. THEN, WHEN I WAS HOME ON THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY AFTERNOON, HE STOPPED BY BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON ANOTHER JOB AND DID THE JOB THEN. THIS MEANT I DIDN'T HAVE TO SCHEDULE ANY TIME OFF WORK, WHICH I APPRECIATED. HE WAS QUICK, PERSONABLE AND VERY REASONABLE. HE EVEN TOLD ME THAT A PART THAT WAS TROUBLESOME COULD BE REPLACED, OR I COULD WAIT UNTIL I REPLACED THE MACHINE. HONESTY ALWAYS WINS POINTS!
