I called Atlas because my 3 year old gas boiler would not ignite. The service tech (Rob) told me that my gas valve was bad and it was going to cost $875 to replace it. I asked him if that part was under warranty and he said he did not know. I paid him $89 to re-light the pilot light and immediately called another company. It turns out that the gas valve was fine and I only needed a new thermocouple ($10 part). BTW - The gas valve was indeed under warranty. Atlas Heating and Cooling is a totally dishonest company that is looking to rip people off!
