ATLAS Environmental Inspections is a fully licensed and fully insured environmental inspection firm offering experienced and professional mold and asbestos testing services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in the greater Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties. ATLAS Environmental Inspections continually strives to provide professional, courteous, and accurate environmental inspection services with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction. Atlas Environmental Inspections believes in partnering with its clients and attempts to simplify highly technical industrial or chemical jargon into a more understandable context. Most of our clients have never been exposed to an environmental hazard and consequently do not know where to turn for testing or what steps to take in addressing these concerns.

Asbestos Testing
I had a bad experience with a different company, and so, I was a little skeptical and wary when I started working with Jason. He was very patient with me, showed me all his credentials, took the time to explain what he would be doing and why, and otherwise showed me that he runs a competent and professional outfit. The type of test they took satisfied my insurance company and they even offered to let me pay after the test was done. In short, I am 100% satisfied with Jason and Atlas Environmental Inspections. It was great being able to work with such a great company after having had that previous bad experience.

They arrived within a couple hours of my calling them. The took mold samples and air samples and I believe the results were back in 2 days. They sent a thorough report of their findings. I had a lot of suspicious mold that tested to be toxic.

The asbestos testing was quite pricey. $400 for four test samples. Now I cannot say that this was due to the contractor since no other professional ever returned my calls and Atlas was the only price quote. It is possible that they would have been the cheapest, if I had anyone to compare them to. The representative was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very thorough. I am sure that the lab tests were responsible for most of the cost, but the results were ready the next day.

Jason, the owner, was extremely informative and reassuring. He scheduled our appointment quickly and did an excellent job of walking us through all of our options for testing and possible abatement. Hired for asbestos testing. Jason Dua explained everything thoroughly on the phone and even managed to save me about 30% off the initial quoted price by eliminating unnecessary tests. The technician, Manny was very personable as is Jason. Manny actually showed up early for the appointment. Definitely recommend Atlas.
