I had notice a nick with water dripping through on the basement side of our 200 amp service line. A friend recommended ATB so I emailed the owner, Rich late at night and he emailed me back first thing in the morning. We booked an appointment, his techs were right on time, very friendly and let me know what was going on every step of the way. They showed me that the company who ran the 200 service cut the jacket up trying to force it through a conduit too small. The guys patched my line up and used sealant and cement to patch the hole/space around the line and conduit, unlike the other company that poorly sealed it to the point water was trapped around the line inside the conduit. I am keeping these guys on speed dial, I was very pleased with their services.
