Overall the inspection wwas excellent. John started with the exterior of the house checking all exterior wiring and utility lines, roof, hose bibs,foundation for cracks etc. Then proceeded inside thoroughly through every room, closet, window, electric outlets, connections, utility room, lighting, etc. He explained what he was looking for, if it was acceptable, and if it was not - why not, and how it should be corrected.
John prepared a report and promoised it would be completed within 24 hours and it was! He was referred to us by another home owner in the same development and we were totally satisfied with his work and highly recommend any home buyer (whether a new home or older home).
