Completely satisfied with a job well done.

They were great and very responsive. Had them come look at the roof for an idea of condition before purchasing the home, suggested to maybe replace the skylight if do anything. Did not pressure me to do any unnecessary work. I ended up calling them a few weeks later to get the sky light done and they were efficient and prompt with completing the work. I plan to use them to replace my roof when the time comes.

I had Argentina and Sons come out to take a look at the roof of my row home. Upon review, it was determined that while it did not need replacing, it should be recoated, for which they provided a fair estimate. I made plans for a specific day for them to come out. Due to inclement weather, they were unable to come that day, but came back the next day. The entire process was very efficient and service is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

It went excellent. they replied to all telephone calls, and I would give them all A's.

Their service was excellent. They were very thorough in answering any questions I had before they started. They did what they said they were going to do on time. Price wise they were a little higher than other places but they did a better job. They did little things and they were worth the money that is why I went with them.

These guys are terrific. They are a small company that works to make a personal relationship with you because it's the right thing to do and that seems to be the only way they operate. Argentina and Sons have put the roof on our last two houses and we love them. Eddie and Gregg are terrific business people, consummate professionals and all-around good guys. They will come out as many times and you need to feel comfortable with their work/the job they're doing, with absolutely no attitude/condescension. Their employees seem happy and were extremely helpful. They also clean up very well when they're done. Grateful for their help.

It took them a while to get the job done.

I got the estimate from them several years ago but the experience has been positive. The people seemed to be very nice. They provided an estimate but I did not use them to do the work. They got in and discussed but we didn't go through the project. I still have the problem so I was going to contact them again, but for some reason it's not done. I had a leak and I have not idea where it is coming from. I don't want to put on a roof if that is not where the problem is. The guy that came out was on time and was waiting for me. He was a very nice guy. He explained the possibilities, what they would do and how they were going to do.

The experience went without a problem. Greg and his men gave me a time and date he would be there to do the work. I explained I'd be at work and wouldn't be able to be home. That wasn't a problem or concern! He showed up ... did the job and left before I was home from work. He then made an extra trip to see of the job was satisfactory and to provide me with his bill. They did an excellent job and would definitely refer them to family and friends!!

The roof started leaking a month after I moved in. I called and an appointment was scheduled to see if it could just be patched or if it needed replacement. They came out as promised and explained that it was pretty bad, which I thought it was. They offered me two options, rubber or regular (my quote, I forget what material that is called) and explained the differences and pricing thoroughly. They gave me an estimate which I accepted and I scheduled an appointment. They came right on time and did the job for the price estimated. I didn't have much interaction with the men doing the work since they were outside all day, but they were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.

NO ONE CALLED BACK.

I FELT THE COMPANY ACTED IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER BY NOT RETURNING MY CALL. IF THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN OFFERING ME THEIR SERVICES THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME SO. I BELIEVE GOOD SERVICE STARTS FROM THE TIME YOU CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE, NOT AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE JOB! I GAVE THIS $8000 JOB TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT TOOK MY WORK AND TIME SERIOUSLY.

THE PERSON THERE SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND NOBODY EVER DID.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. CALLS WERE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. APPOINTMENTS FOR BOTH ESTIMATE AND ACTUAL WORK WERE PUNCTUAL. VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. GREG AND LEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
