They did not fix it first time. Second time service guy (Leon) tell me it is something else and they need to order parts. He said it take s 1-2 days. I called a few times afterwards. He kept telling me parts did not arrive. Finally parts arrived so I made appointment. No one came and no one called me that technician is not coming. I made appointment again and again no one came. I called again. This time, Leon said again, "Parts is not here yet." What??? This place is named Nat'l Authorized Service now. I noticed on Google review, this guy Leon Defulgentis have rated his own company 5 stars twice. Very Interesting!

Serviceman showed up within the time window and quickly diagnosed the problem, offering to repair or replace the control board that had a blown fuse and bad relays. We opted for repair which was slightly quicker and cheaper. They promised to be back the next day with the repaired part, and they showed up at 10:30 on Sunday morning and completed the repair as promised. The price seemed a little high but I can't compare it because no one else even answered the phone at that time. I was very pleased at the service they provided over the weekend with no fuss, and would definitely use them again.

I called for service and a repairman showed up within 20 minutes. Turned out that my fridge had a broken water line. Service man diagnosed it right away and had it repaired within the hour. I was very pleased with the serviceman, the repair and the price. I would recommend them highly.

He was rude, obnoxious, demanding, nasty, and he makes his own rules. The company said they would take $29 off the price but they were going to charge $229. When I called another company they quoted a price $140 lower. I had complaints with the employee’s cleanliness and mannerisms, and the way they talk to you like you are working for them instead of the other way around.

The refrigerator was not getting cold, but the freezer was still working. I called Appliance Authority. They came right out and replaced the defrost timer and the thermostat. The refrigerator runs like new. It has been two months sense the repair.

They came right out, even though it was a holiday! It was very good. They got it fixed in fifteen minutes. The price was pretty good. I was very happy with them. They did not charge any extra because it was a holiday. The drier is 27 inches and the doorway is 25 inches. He saved me a lot of money as it would to have had the door frame taken off to remove it.

What a professional service company! Leon responded to my call and arrived the same day and time as promised. He diagnosed the problems, came back the next day with parts needed and fixed the washing machine. I was very pleased about this service provider in every respect. Our dryer had stopped drying our clothes. We called Appliance Authority and discussed the problem and probable diagnosis over the phone. We determined the problem was most likely the heating coil. A serviceman came out immediately and replaced the coil within about 10 minutes. He was friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Before I moved out of my old house, my dryer broke and I thought I would have to purchase a new dryer for the new owners of my house. I called Appliance Authority and their technician, who has been with them for 25 years, fixed it. If I had called Sears, they would not even try to discuss over the phone what the problem could be. One can never be sure if it can be fixed or not. However, these people discuss the problem over the phone and give you an idea if it is fixable. They saved my dryer twice. It would have been a problem if the dryer had to be moved out of the house because I had a security door. I called them on a Sunday and they were here on Monday to fix it. They answer the phone 24 hours a day. When my dryer broke down the second time, I almost did not call them assuming it could not be repaired because it was old but they fixed it right before my move. I run a bed and breakfast business which involves a lot of washing. It is inconvenient if the appliances are not in good working condition. I was glad they fixed it and I did not have to go and buy a new one. Once I called them when I had a problem with my refrigerator. They discussed the possibilities over the phone after which I decided to buy a new one. They gave a lot of information over the phone which helped me to take an educated decision. They told me to check how the appliance reacts if I do a particular thing. So they helped me in the diagnosis. They talk over the phone and they know what they are talking about. They always come over immediately because it is an emergency situation when an appliance breaks down.
