Provider did not do a thorough job of removing dead wood from trees and did not thin to expectations. During job their bucket truck was not operational which seemed to limit their capability. Repairs to bucket truck were performed, in part, on the street in front of our house. I would only hire again if there was a specific task, ie removing a tree, but only after some serious deliberation

They were on time, worked quickly, cleaned up, and returned later the same day to take away the debris. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The clean up was excellent. I would not have noticed, if it was not for the logs nicely stacked at the curb.

Andrew came and did an assessment of the viability of the tree - we asked that maybe the remaining part of the tree with the dead branches could be removed - he gave an estimate and came within - 3 days - great job prep and completion. We are most satisfied.

The Gillepies arrived on time and performed the necessary tree work quickly and efficiently. They removed several enormous dead limbs from very high up in a gigantic sycamore tree. They were kind and courteous the entire time, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed similar tree work done.

He did a good job. He did what he said he was going to do. In fact, I had recommended him to a neighbor.

Drew was willing to come back several times to speak with my husband and me about the job, and provide a lot of different suggestions that worked for our budget. This has impressed me in working with him over the past few years. I felt that he was responsive to our questions and attentive to the fact that there needed to be some flexibility as the job progressed, because we didn't know what was going to appear once the hedges were removed. He was concerned that without the protection of the hedges, that the neighbor's yard would wash down a small hill into ours. Once the hedges were removed, he stopped the job to call us and explain our options and costs involved. It turned out he was able to finish the job using existing stones to re-do a small retaining wall, and solved the problem at no extra cost.

He was wonderful and provided excellent service. He was on time and he had the best price. It was a great experience and he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him.
