They do a good job. The first visit cost $95 and each repeat visit (every other month) is only $35.00. Hakim is very nice. He also gives advice on how to maintain your house for pest control. I have it set up where they call me every other month to set up my appointments (and they have Saturday hours!).

They came 5 times and still were unable to get rid of the mice. I felt like they had it planned so they could come once a month. They still call me to arrange the next visit.

Anderson is family owned No nonsense business. They are a warm & professional company.

Great company to work with. They are efficient, seem very knowledgeable. We didn't initially intend to sign up for regular service, but I feel so much better that they come out every couple of months. They are always polite and gave us great tips on doing our own maintenance.

Due to the very good ratings on this site, I called Anderson to come out to resolve a problem with mice we are having. We scheduled them come out on March 26th between 12 PM and 2 PM, I took off work accordingly. At 2:30 PM the technician called and said that his truck broke down and he wasn't going to be able to make it. He never called during the timeframe he was supposed to be there to let me know he was running late. Again, since they had such good ratings I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled them to come back on April 6th between 12 and 2 PM, and again took off work accordingly. They didn't show up again or call between the scheduled time frame!! I called to address this and after I told her what happened, the woman who answered the phone said she was on another call and needed to call me back. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and no regard for people's time.

We had mice running all over the house even in broad day light. They were prompt and professional. They explained carefully what I should do to minimize the problem, in addition to making sure there was no food around for the mice to eat. It seemed expensive at first but that was for the first two visits. After that it's only $23.

I called Anderson and was able to set up an appointment quickly for a Saturday. The man who came out was very friendly, asked about children and pets before doing anything. He located the places he saw "activity" and the "highway" where the mice were getting in. He set multiple bait stations and explained how to seal holes where they may have been coming in. Three days later a large dead rat was in the living room. As horribly scary as this was, I was happy it was dead. Haven't seen anything since. I was under the impression that Anderson would call back to schedule the two week check (including in initial fee), but I hadn't heard back from them and I so I called to schedule check-up. I still need to schedule the check up but overall I am very pleased with their service.

Keith is very friendly. Gave me tips on how to keep the mice away. Comes monthly for maintenance service ($30), which is well worth it. Knows mice well. Said that we might still see a mouse from time to time, but it wouldn't live long. The house has been mouse free all summer. Saw a mouse about a month ago who has quietly disappeared. The time set up for the appointment is approximate, but Keith calls to let me know when he is on his way. One time when there hadn't been any mouse activity for a while he was willing to switch off and exterminate the water bugs that were coming in during the summer. Great family owned business. They really get to know the customer.

Hakim was a knowledgeable and personable professional. He arrived on time, was thorough in his work, and provided me with a lot of useful information. The person who answered the phone was very responsive and helpful.

Keith was very nice and took time to explain about ants and their habits, etc. He was mindful of our cats and newborn baby and used his chemicals accordingly. The reception service was very professional and courteous, giving me an estimated time and calling when the service provider was running late. The servicemen also call to say when they are on their way. The price seems fair and better than the big chains. A great family business with good work and nice service!

After recent encounters with rude, indifferent ''service'' people, dealing with Anderson was pure pleasure. My call was returned promptly, Keith, and later Hakim, came at the appointed time. They both were as pleasant and efficient as could be. One quirk: The initial fee of $144 to cover the first two visits, must be paid in cash, not check or credit card.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. FAMILY RUN, POLITE FROM 1ST PHONE CALL TO COMPLETE VISIT. EXTERMINATOR ON TIME. FRIENDLY, INTERESTED IN DOING A GOOD JOB AND VERY THOROUGH. EXPLAINED ALL ASPECTS OF WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WENT THROUGH AND SHOWED ALL TRAPS SET FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. GAVE ME EXTRA TRAPS IF NEEDED. PAID $115.00 FOR FIRST TIME VISIT AND IT WILL BE $38.00 FOR EACH VISIT AFTER THIS EVERY MONTH OR EVERY OTHER MONTH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND I TRULY FEEL THAT I GOT MORE THAN MY MONEY'S WORTH.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. HAKIM WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION. HE SEEMED TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT BUGS, NOT JUST HOW TO GET RID OF THEM BUT HOW TO PREVENT THEM.

ANDERSON WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND PEOPLE SKILLS.
