Description of Work: Jerry Mazzarella was recommended by one of our neighbors. After receiveing a written estimate, we hired Jerry to replace some windows & doors in our house. We gave him a $400 deposit. We also gave him a check for $1500 made out to American Home Remodelling for windows. I didn't know it was is business at the time.
