I was very impressed with the quality of the properties and the way they were maintained, especially for the price, which included heat and hot water. They can respond 24/7 if there is an emergency problem, otherwise they were usually there within one or two days. Everyone was very professional.The main reason I ended up leaving was that I really wanted a dog, and their properties don't allow them. Cats are okay, though.
