Alper Automotive was fantastic. Professional and personable. There were a few things that needed to be repaired in order to pass inspection. They showed me what the issues were and gave me options to fix the issues. There was no pressure to have them do the repairs and they re-inspected my car for free (within 30 days). This is a great place to bring your car for servicing.

Bought their $35 emissions and auto inspection offer which is a steal of a deal I needed to get this inspection ASAP and they were courteous enough to fit me into their morning schedule after purchasing it only a few hours previous. Even, with others waiting for service, everything was completed and I was walking out of the shop in less than 90 minutes with a freshly inspected vehicle. There's also an all around tire rotation included with the deal, if you need to take advantage of it. But, their many and consistent A grades from other satisfied customers and award recognition are more than enough proof of their professionalism. The scarcity of other similar inspection deals and the quality of service provided will make it worth the trip to their shop.

The technicians made me feel extremely comfortable to trust their recommendations. As a female, I am usually really uneasy when it comes to service experiences, but it did not happen time. Therefore; I will return in the future and pass on the word of my positive experience. Thank you, Alper Team.

I scheduled an appointment for 11am. Immediately, Upon my arrival they took my car into the garage. They rotated my tires free of charge. While my wipers passed inspection they recommended a new pair for maximum performance. I requested an oil change in addition to the inspection. The staff at Alper Automotive is professional and friendly. The office is very clean, orangized and comfortable. The service environment was comparable to my experience at the Lexus Dealership!

Excellent service!!! I bought the 35 voucher for a car inspection on angles list and it was well worth the money! It was easy to schedule my visit and the place was easy to find. The reception area is very warm and Joan was very sweet. They provided fast and efficient service. I was there for a car inspection and oil change and stayed only an hour. They gave me a new customer discount, a reminder sticker for my next appointment and a flashlight with their address. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very professional establishment. The job was explained before they started and they showed me the work that needed to be completed. I was given an estimate that showed the break down of the work, parts and labor. Upon completion they asked me to drive the vehicle to ensure the job was completed to my expectations. I then received a thank you text and was mailed a thank you letter for being a new customer. I will definitely be going back!! A+++

Called Steve Alper from the shore because the car was making a terrible noise when I turned it off.  He knew where it was coming from and what it was before I could practically tell him! Assured me I could drive home with no problem. Took care of it plus an oil change and we were ready to go. We have been dealing with Alper's for 16 years - we won't go anywhere else. He is honest, his prices are great and he and his staff know cars. Steve Alper is incredibly knowledgeable about any car - amazing. He does his best to keep what needs to be done to a minimum instead of finding extra things to charge for. He truly cares about his customers. The whole staff is friendly and fun to deal with - love it there!  We just never have to worry that we're being taken advantage of - and we like that.

he is a great troubleshooter, I can always count on Steve.   I have had a lot of trouble with my tires. Steve showed me the bubbles coming out of one of my bad tires. even though he was very busy, he found time to fit me in.
