Masonry Work
Things started well. He took down the front and cleaned out the debris quickly, but left the insulation open to the rain, destroying it, despite my requests for a tarp. Things went downhill quickly. A ten day job has become an 8 MONTH job...he still hasn't finished. He now refuses to return phone calls, or to give any commitment to come and finish. Brandon is a great talker and will make you feel you can trust him. He also lays good brick. Unfortunately, he repeatedly set up time frames he didn't stick to, then disappeared from my job site. I had to call him from someone else's phone for him to pick up. In short, DO NOT hire him. He is unreliable and, in addition, one of his employee's stole money from inside my house by crawling inside a window while the scaffolding was up in front of the house. He still has not finished my job that he started in July...and it's February. The contract called for a 10 day job.
