I would look elsewhere. I have a home warranty contract and All City was assigned the job. Sharif came out (very nice and professional) and could not figure out how to unclog our drain. All he used was a hand crank snake and couldn't clean the clog. Had to go to Home Depot to even get a replacement trap. What plumber doesn't carry a stand 1-1/4" trap on his truck. He said he would be back in a couple of days to replace the entire drain line behind the wall. After he left I noticed that all the traps he removed (to use the snake) were leaking because he never replaced the collar washers properly. I replaced them with new ones myself to save time. He never showed again and the warranty company had to assign another plumbing company,Main Line Plumbing, to do the work, using a heavy duty motorized snake, which worked perfectly.

TERRIBLE!! Avoid this company at all costs! They came out three times to try and fix our water pump which was constantly running. They ended up making it leak, causing extensive mold and water damage in our basement. We ended up having to sue this company in court in order for their insurance company to finally get involved and settle with us. Nate Taylor was extremely rude to my wife over the phone as well, blaming her for everything of course, and not taking any responsibility for the terrible work of his "plumbers".

Terrible!! The worst experience I've ever had with a drain clearing service. They were contracted to snake out a main drain which periodically will clog (approximately every 7-10 yrs). To start I had to tell the so called technician where to insert his snake, (the clog was at the rear of the house, he wanted to route from the front), after he had wasted around an hour and a half. Then his router kept falling apart, the drum kept falling off the machine. After several attempts at clearing the line he complained that the snake was "bouncing back" indicating that that pipe was busted and in need of replacement. He claimed to have traveled 20ft down the line but it didn't look that far to me. He suggest that the line be replaced, it's buried beneath the floor in the basement, and I knew that job would be expensive running into the 1,000's of dollars.

I dismissed him and he presented me a service fee of better than $185.00, for an uncompleted job?? When I sent a complaint to the manager he replied and expressed his regret when I informed that another company came out immediately the next day and cleared the line in under 25 minutes and @ a price lower than his. He stated that he would refund my money, but as of this date I haven't a penny of my money.

Unfortunately I can not find one good thing to say on behalf of this company, however I can state to anyone interested, save yourself time and money, find another plumber, don't use this guy!
