ALL CITY LOCKSMITH SERVICE

Lousy. He left a hole in my door and never returned to finish the work. The lockset did not fit right.

My wallet was stolen today, along with my attached keys. Since my address was on my ID, I didn't want to leave our family exposed to potential intruders. We called All City and spoke with a dispatcher, who had Ray return our call--immediately. (As soon as I hung up the first call, Ray was on the line finding out what we needed.) Ray was at another job and said he would come over ASAP. In less than a half hour, he was at our house. He was efficient, polite, kind, and professional--and he changed our locks and gave us two new copies of the keys. I couldn't be happier. Given what a hassle this might have been, I am so pleasantly surprised by the service provided, and by how quickly the job was done. We did not stay up late waiting...and for that I am grateful.

The locksmith arrived about 20 minutes after the projected arrival time but was very nice and professional. He removed the lock and took it back to the site. He said he would return within the hour to complete the repair and he did. I called today and had my service completed within 3 hours with no hassle. Now that's what I'm talking about!!

The work went very well. Ray Wible was at another client when he received my call, and told me approximately when he'd be able to arrive. When he finished that job, he called again to say he was on his way and when he thought he would arrive. He arrived exactly when he predicted, and finished quickly and quietly, explaining what he was doing as he went along.

Serviceman arrived even faster than the 30 minute estimated waiting time, was very nice and got the job done in minutes. He also asked for identification that we were in fact the residents of the house before performing any work, which made us feel very comfortable with the company. Overall, it was a very good experience with this company and I would recommend them to others.

Service was done very well and professionally. The locksmith, Alex, rekeyed and installed some locks and all were done correctly and well. He even fixed a door in which the locks were not lined up properly with the door frame. This was a repair I wasn't even expecting him to be able to do. He came only an hour after I called at 5 on a Friday afternoon! The guy who answered the phone was also very helpful, and unlike many other companies, he took the time on the phone to find out exactly what was needed and to explain exactly how much everything would cost and what would be required. I very much appreciate the willingness to communicate and explain things.

Job 1: It was great. The price they gave on the phone was what I paid. Job 2: Great, new key made within the hour.
