Very unprofessional showed up in 15ft truck for 3 br house made 2 trips charged $1600 Sw philly to West philly. Amateurs no dollies, bubble wrap, or tools , So much stuff was left got hire pros this time , Do not use them

The workers this company employs have a nasty attitude. There is one guy (very tall) that is unhinged. This individual argues with customers and is escalated to the point of serious concern. When moving items, customer input is necessary, this group of people threw items, disregarded specifics, and lost or (stole) items.

Carson and his crew showed up on time and worked hard all day to get the job done without any issues. I’d highly recommend utilizing Alien Movers for anyone needing a local move in SEPA.

Outstanding service! The movers were very professional and friendly. Alll furniture pieces were carefully wrapped. They took special care to maneuver items over the stairglide railing and around the curved staircase. They accommodated my last minute request to move additional items within my home. They understood my need for an early morning walkthrough at the new place and offered to load up my belongings the day before, which made the entire process seamless. On moving day, they arrived right on time and handled everything with professionalism and care. Once the walkthrough was complete, they unloaded everything at the new house without hesitation or complaints. This group does not operate very efficiently or professionally. Very poor communication. I confirmed our move time and date twice, the last being one week before the move. When the time came for them to be there, they weren’t there. I contacted the owner Carson and he act like he didn’t know anything about it even though he was the person I communicated with every time. They arrive three hours late. I don’t think they knew what they were doing as far as loading and unloading the truck. They wasted a lot of space. They came with no food or water For a job that was supposed to take five hours in the heat of the day. They basically did not understand the physics of moving furniture or protecting the furniture or the buildings walls, etc. where these items were being moved. I would not use them again. And I would advise you not to use them either.

Recently had a difficult move to a third floor walk-up studio. The team were absolutely excellent! Quickly moved from the house to my studio. Walking upstairs, on a hot day without complaints and were indeed very professional and respectful of us and our goods. Showed up on time as promised, and worked non-stop and quickly until the end. Very friendly team. Our satisfaction was definitely their top priority. The wife said we will definitely use your business again😃!! Definitely recommend these movers to everyone. Wish we could give ten stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ❗❗ VALUABLE TIP: before moving your electronics, be sure to let them know well ahead so they can tell you company guidelines.
