Very disappointed with customer service. Installers spilled acid in the $300+ sink I paid extra for and burned it. When we reached out Virginia told us to email pictures. We emailed pictures of the sink and my walls they cut for the countertop install. An on-site template was made so I don't understand the mishap. Have to pay painters to fix. Once pictures received they sent an email suggesting a product we should purchase to try and fix the sink. They didn't dispute the damage just weren't repairing the damage. Will not take our call or respond to email. The worst. Never pay cash.

Overall everything went well and we were satisfied with the service. The one small hiccup involved installation of the bar top. The gentleman who came out to measure for the template never mentioned we needed to install the support brackets before installation ourselves. He also didn't give us the brackets that Alb provide, I had to drive to their shop and pick them up after we were told by the installation team that they couldn't install the bar top. The team came out a day or two later and finished the job after I installed the brackets. Looking back it was a minor inconvenience/mix up considering Alb was about $1000 cheaper for the same product then the other places I spoke with.

We went to the showroom and met with Nick, who was very helpful and gave us a great quote on our job. He even provided a small sample piece of stone to take home so that we could see the colors against our cabinets and appliances. A week later we gave a 50% deposit to begin the work. There was some minor confusion at one point over the 3" backsplash. Nick had included the backsplash in our quote (it was an extra $100), but when the installer came to template, our work order was marked as "no backsplash". A quick call to Virginia remedied the situation, and our original quote was honored.
For the install day I was given a 3 hour appointment window. I had requested a call to notify me that the installers were on their way, so that I could minimize the amount of work I'd miss. The call didn't come until the installers were at my house. I rushed home as fast as I could (approx. 20 minutes). Thankfully they were still there when I arrived. Install went very quickly, and they were professional. After they left however, I noticed 2 issues. One - the backsplash to the right of my stove was cut a little short, and there is a 1/4-1/2" gap between the backspash and the back of the stove. Two - there are white specks on my granite at a couple locations (my color was coffee brown). Feeling the I could live with the slightly shortened backsplash, I emailed them about the white spots. I was told to come to their showroom and pick up some sealer and that should take care of it. In my reply I told them I would come by that weekend to pick up some sealer. That Saturday I stopped in, but all of their sealer was out on job sites. I emailed the following week to see if some sealer could be dropped off the next time they do a job in my area, or if not, could I come by and the following weekend to pick some up, but I never received a reply. I would consider using them again, but would inspect the work more thoroughly before paying the balance on my bill.

The install went fine. After the installation we noticed several rough spots we wanted to have them come out and look at. Called multiple times, actually followed up 4 times with phone calls and were told each time "so sorry no one has gotten back to you' and that service would get back to us asap - never happen. The granite is very nice, but the customer service, for us, has been non existent.
