Alarm Service Company of America, Inc. (ASCA)

The door strikes worked fine but ASCA had to come out 4 or 5 times to work on the motion detector (and they still did not get it to work properly, i.e. I had 6 false alarms). I have since changed companies and I have learned that ASCA's knowledge on the motion detector is limited. After essentially paying for an alarm that did not work, ASCA never offered a solution, refund, or anything that a good customer friendly company would do. Update: I canceled ASCA before my renewal date and spoke with the owner about this cancellation. Even though he assured me that my "service" would be canceled and that I would not receive invoices anymore, ASCA has continued to send me past due invoices for the past few months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Also my main point of contact rarely picked up the phone and his number changed recently and no one told me. When trying to call the main office, no one ever picks up and the answering machine/service does not have a recorded message or state the company name.
