They had to hoist it over a ledge because they couldn't get it down the steps. When they were finished they cheered. I plan on using them for all of my appliances that need replacing (my washer and dryer are on the third floor)..

I was very impressed by their knowledge and support in seeing that everything went smoothly. They were very professional and the items they installed work really well.

Airs really knows it's products and they carry quality appliances. Salespeople are willing to spend time with customers to choose the right appliance for the individual need. Initial delivery and installation was very good. The crew was punctual, polite, and efficient. They were also willing to work in difficult spaces. The crew also took time to instruct me on the use of the appliances. The crew also identified a dent in the dryer and the salesman correctly counseled me to return it. I had asked the crew to bring back longer water hoses when the returned to change-out the dryer. There was a misunderstanding about the appointment time for the dryer change-out - I am not ascribing blame on anyone. However, when the crew did finally get back around to changing out the dryer, they forgot the longer water hoses. Instead I had to contact a separate appliance service dealer or pay Airs to return with the longer hoses.

WE'VE ORDERED APPLIANCES FROM OTHER STORES IN THE AREA, AND THE DELIVERY TRUCK CAME BY, THE GUYS TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE STAIRCASE, AND SAID NO WAY. POINT IS, IT'S NOT A TRIVIAL DELIVERY. AIRS WAS AMAZING. THEY FIRST CAME OUT TO PERFORM A SURVEY TO RECOMMEND WHICH APPLIANCES WOULD OR WOULD NOT FIT. WE CHOSE FROM THEIR LIST. THE GUYS SWEATED FOR **3 HOURS** TAKING APART BOTH WASHER/DRYER, SQUEEZING THEM DOWN THE STAIRS, ASSEMBLING THEM, HOOKING EVERYTHING UP, AND HAULING AWAY OLD ONES. THEY CAME THROUGH WHERE OTHERS GAVE UP. IF YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL BOTHER TO DO MORE THAN JUST A QUICK DRIVE-BY DROP-OFF OF YOUR APPLIANCES, AIRS IS YOUR CHOICE.
