+ -1 moreI disliked the fact that one guy was very eager to accommodate us and the other one obviously wasn't. They were knowledgeable, they were nice, he was polite but he told me that they were 24/7 and I would get priority cause I'm a disabled person and I'm on oxygen and they would get out here right away and you know, nothing.
Description of Work: I had had a Williams console heater installed and I was having a problem in keeping it lit and they told me the fact that it was put up was to lower something and they were going to come back. They gave me a verbal estimate of somewhere around $500 and told me that they would get back to us with a written one and a call and no call backs.
