Took my order to switch from current vendor, sent me a bill - never told me they could not provide new cans as I had already returned my cans to the previous vendor. Nothing showed up - I called to inquire and was told it takes 2 weeks! First I heard that, garbage piling up in my garage. Called every day for 5 days and was told each day they would be there - garbage piling up! My neighbor also tried to switch at same time and was then told that it would take another month to deliver cans! Customer service people had to keep lying to cover the incompetence. S..it show company

Terrible service, rude customer service team, billing errors, and missed pick ups on several occasions. Had to pay out my contract just to get rid of the service and headaches

Tuesday is trash/recycle pick up....well it's supposed to be but they either skip the trash or recycle and sometimes both. They got the trash today missed the recycle and when I called in was told there was no driver. This was our 5th call in just over a week. They actually didn't get the trash last week until Saturday morning. Not only do they skip pick up they have never given us new cans. They keep saying they are bringing thgerm or they just ordered new ones. Canceled our account today! Do NOT use this company!

Our original providers were G & C, and they were not bad, but then Advanced Disposal took over.  Ever since then the service has been terrible.  We have our trash and recycling collected once a week.  Collectors have passed over our cans - which were always put out the night before, then put it off until the next pick up day next week.  They say that they pick up bulk items, and we have called ahead to ask them to pick them up, but they just pass by.  We have since then called every day.  Still haven't picked up.  Will be signing up with someone else who actually does their job.

Months ago, I signed up for a year, and in July they called and said that I owed another $25 due to them mis quoting me. I told them to send me a bill, and I must have just forgotten about it and they stopped picking up in January. I called them and they said that they never received my payment, so I mentioned that I never received the bill, which is when they told me that they don't do that. They said they would come pick up my trash and recycling can, which they still have yet to do. I will not use them again.
