As a third generation small family business, we are able to control our growth and maintain a level of service and expertise superior to our competitors. Our business is licensed and operated under multiple Master Plumbers Licenses in Philadelphia. We are also licensed in the surrounding suburbs. Adelphia came into the unit and suggested draining and leaving the inaccessible unit in place, while placing a smaller unit into a closet corner. They were professional, prompt, neat and clean, and the price was very fair. They saved me A LOT of money, time and general aggravation for me, with their innovative problem solving.

Excellent. I had posted a review of Adelphia in late July. At that time, I had found them to be totally unresponsive to our request for a quote to have work done. To their credit, they did get back to us and were very apologetic for their failure to respond. We gave them another chance and they performed quite well.

It went really well. I live in a high rise and they are also one of the plumbers service serving the building. He did wonderful and is a good guy. I have had good experiences in general with Angie's List. He was really good to work with. It was an expensive part.

Everything was well taken care of, as always, with this great plumbing company. I have used them for years for plumbing needs and they are wonderful in every way. I request Joe and he has come for over 10 years, always doing the best job. He is very efficient, kind, patient, neat, professional, and an expert plumber. Everyone at the company is polite and very helpful. I found it difficult and frustrating to get a good plumber before them, and then used Adelphia, an amazing plumbing company! I highly recommend them and Joe!

The plumber came for the leak. He also told me which faucet brand I wanted to get to replace the existing faucet. He then left for his next job. This meant that he had to come back for a 2nd trip (with a 2nd minimum charge) to install the faucet after I had gotten it from the local hardware.
I called the office and talked to Chris, the owner. I pointed out that there was no reason for the plumber to go while I went to get the faucet. He agreed and charged me for only one service call.

We had a leaky waste pipe. I called and explained the situation and they gave an approximate quote. They arived that same day and completed the work,cleaned up and were on their way. The bill was what they quoted.

DURING RENOVATIONS TO MY CENTER CITY CONDO, ADELPHIA PLUMBING AND HEATING WAS ABLE TO COME ON SHORT NOTICE TO ASSIST WITH THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS RELATED TO KITCHEN GAS LINES. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AS PROMISED, GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND CHARGED A REASONABLE FEE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED.
