I wanted our porch and steps to be done with PermaCrete and I was ill so couldn’t follow up like I normally do. On references beforehand it turned out to be a night mare. I wasn’t feeling well and so couldn’t find out about him. I contacted the company to ask whether he was certified and they did say he was. Later I found out that they trained him and they don’t back him up. I would be calling masonry people come the better weather to do something better. I would tell everyone not to have any dealings whatsoever with them. The guy was personable but he over estimated for the work he did. Personality wise he comes well but he doesn’t show up for the job and he just switches from one job to another. They had a “D” rating in Angie’s List because someone had complained that they hadn’t finished the job. They are just leaving the job apparently. I would not use them nor would let him finish the job because I don’t feel they are capable of doing it.
