My chief concern, besides the high cost of service is that anyone using Ace Whirlpool Service would be very
confused trying to determine with whom he is dealing. The worker when he looked over the dryer gave me an
invoice with the title The Appliance Repairman. With it he gave me a business card " POP'S Appliance Repairs."
When the work was completed and I started to write the check for Ace Whirlpool Repair, the workman told me
he would fill that part in because it would be turned in to TARM (The Appliance Repairman) who actually do
the work for Ace.
When I received the cancelled check from the bank at the end of the month, I saw that the check had
been made out by the repairman to himself, "Pat Lettery".
If you call the number for Ace Whirlpool you will not be able to get a satisfactory explanation as to the
confusion concerning different names given for the service provider.
I recommend not dealing with this company.
