It went fine but I thought his price was high based on the deals I had saw on angies list

Referred to this company via my Home Warranty Company -- they require that you use their providers.
Main drain was clogged - sewage water was coming out of the cleanout in the yard. This drain had been clogged at the same point before we bought the house, and had been snaked about 6 mos before.
Domenic arrived within the time window, that the owner had given the night before. He got to work snaking the clog from the cleanout and had it cleared out in about 20 mins or so. I mentioned to him that it had been snaked recently, and he said he would run a blade down to clear out any rust that may have accumulated in the cast iron lines. He reported back after another 15 mins or so that the blade had come out clean, and that usually that indicates that there was rust that it had cleared out.
I paid him the deductible from the home warranty company, and he mentioned that they would clear any additional clogs of that drain for no additional cost for the next 30 days, and told me to give them a call if we had any issues.
Domenic was friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. Based on the experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call for any future plumbing problems, regardless of a home warranty contract.

SHORT ANSWER:
THIS COMPANY HAS A TERRIBLE PREVIOUS RECORD BOTH ON ANGIE'S LIST AND WITH ME PERSONALLY. HOWEVER, MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE WITH DOMINIC, THEIR NEW PLUMBER, HAS BEEN EXCELLENT! I AM COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY WITH ITS PRESENT PERSONNEL.
LONG ANSWER:
My previous experience with this company was SO BAD I refused to let the home warranty company send them to my house. However, with a bad experience with their other provider, I was left with this company as my only choice within a reasonable timeframe. I spoke to the owner who assured me that he was aware that his previous plumber had been appalling and had fired him and that he had a new plumber working with him who was professional in his demeanor and his work.. I only agreed to let this company into my house after the owner agreed to refund my deductible if I were dissatisfied. I am glad I gave them a second chance.
The plumber who came to my house is named Dominic and he was gracious and professional, cleaned up after himself, and was thorough. When he suggested the additional work I needed, I was not sure whether to trust him, not because of anything he said or did, but because his predecessor was so bad. I looked up Dominic's recommendations on Angie's list and saw under the frequently asked questions that his suggestion that I needed a PRV (pressure reduction valve) was an industry standard and likely required by my township, too. The warranty work he performed--fixing the outside faucet, fixing a slow drain--are holding up well. My and quot;water hammerand quot; problem has been totally eliminated by the combination of the PRV valve and additional valves he put on the water supply to the washer.
I am glad I gave them a second chance.

It did not go well. All I can say I would never recommend this company .
