I was leaving for work on a Friday morning and realized that the house was much colder than usual. When I saw the temperature on my thermostat read 62 degrees, I knew something was wrong. When I got home from work, I tried a few "quick fix" solution such as checking the thermostat wiring and resetting the heater. When none of these worked, I called Jeff and he came out that weekend. He was quick to come out to our house (even though he had to travel through a freezing rain storm), and seemed very concerned that we didn't have heat. He ran a diagnostic check on the heater and said we had a bad ignitor. The cost was $237 to replace the ignitor including labor (very reasonable relative to what I expected to pay). He had the new ignitor installed within 15 minutes and was on his way. Great experience with Jeff and I would recommend him to anyone having heating or AC troubles.

He came out in an emergency and was very reasonable, which was good since I'm out of work right now.
