John did a thorough inspection inside and out and did not find anything wrong with my chimney. He offered advice on what might have happened. He gave me the price of the inspection when I made the appointment, he called a few times to update when he would arrive and was prompt and professional. I recommend hiring AAA Chimney Experts.
