A PIONEER MOVING SYSTEM

I loved the crew; they were very respectful and extremely polite. The only problem I had was that my moving order consisted of 5 men but the company only sent 4, which I think was intentional, and which didn?t please me at all. The crew was professional but the office that messed up my order obviously dropped the ball. I shopped around a lot and their price was the best.

We recently used A Pioneer moving for a large 4 bedroom house move. I would like to share this amazing experience with anyone in need of a mover. From the beginning, they were helpful, courteous and extremely careful with all of our items. They even moved several of my collectibles that have been in my family forever. Zoly, Jarret, Bruce, and Robert came to our home on time and in uniform. They packed, wrapped, loaded, and unloaded everything with no damages. I am very happy with every aspect of our moving experience-REALLY!

The experience was terrible. They came late at night instead of the day when they had been asked to come. They should have told us how busy they were but they didn't let us know that they didn't have the man power to do it the day they had contracted. We were concerned for my daughter because she was trying to get out of a bad situation, and we had to talk to the movers repeatedly and they just were supercilious and were just totally unhelpful. They worked their workers too hard and my daughter ended up having to carry things in.
