**** poor customer service! BEWARE!! I ordered kitchen cabinets from this place as a 1st time homeowner I didn't know what to expect and they took full advantage of that. A printout to model my kitchen was never supplied. I went with an idea of where everything was located and he hand drew his version so of course there was going to be lots of mistakes. My receipt was not itemized for a total. Just 1 large sum so when we needed to exchange one cabinet for another and adjust filler sizes AFTER delivery it was a hassle. I was using the receipt to make sure I had gotten all of the right sizes and items and literally my receipt is NOT the order he sent. he made adjustments without updating me or my receipt...God forbid I need to use my warranty and I have no record of what was actually purchased. After finally getting all of the right sized cabinets and filler installed we realized he had given us the wrong sized spic rack insert it was way too big AND we hadn't been received our handles/hardware. He had given me the correct spice rack with no money back...if one was way bigger and cost more how could it be an even exchange? I had to literally drive almost an hour to the store to be told about my hardware because he would not take my calls or return them. And get this, 2 months later we still don't have our hardware he never told us they were on backorder, never updated us and if i did not drive over i would not know. Our hardware was $280 (we had a separate receipt for that because we had ordered it after we purchased the kitchen cabinets but on the same day). I called today to demand my money back for the hardware and apparently they came in but no one called, no one emailed, no one did anything yet again. This Tom guy shows no concern for his customers, I literally spent **** near $15,000 with this guy to be treated so poorly and rude. And even in this instance he did not take my call some women took a message and my number again...it's not like he is even going to call back so i'll have to waste 2-3 hrs of my time driving there to get answers yet again! He really seemed cool in the beginning but once he got paid we were discarded. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We wanted a kitchen island and pantry cabinet put in to match our original cabinets. We were given the name of A&P Custom Kitchens as the supplier of our original cabinets. We contacted them and Tom came out to give us quote the same day. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to order the cabinets with a 10% deposit. The cabinets arrived within two weeks and they installed them about a week later due to the Thanksgiving holiday. They installed everything in one day and clean-up the whole kitchen when they were done. I didn't order hardware with my cabinets. A&P tried to match the original hardware but they did not have an exact match. I ordered it from another supplier, but A&P came back out and installed the hardware for us. Overall a great experience.

They were supposed to demolish & re-do my kitchen with custom cabinents. We had a contract that included time limits, pricing, drawings, and in detail, everything else that they were to do. During the process, I noticed several things that I didn't agree upon. It looked like they had used recycled cabinents (there were holes in the back of the cabinents where there shouldn't have been holes). The doors to the cabinents do not match, and they weren't what I wanted. I wanted tall cabinents, however, the cabinents they had installed are short. Then, they abandoned the job (I didn't see them for 12 days). I called them to inquire about this. Turns out, the owner told me that I had to pay in full in order for him to finish the work, even though we agreed to pay in thirds. He abandoned the job and I was stuck. Also, anytime I had a question about the process, they weren't helpful at all. Luckily, I was able to find another company to be able to complete the job. A&P Custom Kitchen ended up putting an un-justified, illegal lein on my home. We ended up going to court, and 18 months later and $12,000 more than what was agreed upon (the kitchen ended up costing me double), they still have not removed that lein on my home. I have done everything on my end, however, they're just dragging their feet to remove this lein. The only thing that comes to mind when I hear the company name, is that they are criminals. The entire experience was a nightmare, and I would advise anyone considering any remodeling work to stay away!

The price of the cabinets is not worth the quality of the cabinetry. I really liked the look of the cabinets and the amount of time it took to receive my order (10days). The guy came out to measure and spent 5 minutes in my house. I assumed he was a professional and he knew what he was going. Every question I was concerned about, ended up being an issue. 1. The cabinets came in and I found out they ordered me crown molding for above the cabinets, when I specifically did not order the molding. The cabinets are full overlay and go right up to the ceiling so where am I expected to put the crown molding? 2. I asked about the size of the sink base so I can order my sink. They said it would be standard, 30'. which turns out the sink base they incorporated in my kitchen was 38'. I could have installed a set of 3 drawers in that wasted space. 3. I ordered a pantry and was concerned that I would not be able to open the door all the way with a Central Air vent being there. They said no it will be fine. So then I had to order a filler piece so I am able to open the door all the way and pull out the shelves. 4. The lazy susan has no casing, so it is sitting right next to where my stove will go with no filler. 5. They did not even try to sell me options for the cabinets, I had to demand them. I ordered from this company because I had heard from 2 people that they are a great company. I beg to differ and wish I hadn't been rushed into ordering my cabinets because I would have gone somewhere else and gotten the same quality cabinets with upgraded options in almost every cabinet for less money.

IF THEY WOULD LIKE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS THEY SHOULD CONTACT US. THEY CHARGED LESS THEN THEY QUOTED AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK DONE. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
